I love getting after holiday food on sale. You know, after the 4th of July, hot dogs are on sale, and after Thanksgiving, turkey is on sale. Well after St. Patrick’s Day, corned beef is on sale. So I snagged one up and put it in the crock pot! Here is the recipe:
2. Pour in 3 cups of water and sprinkle seasoning packet over the top.
3. Nestle your corned beef in the middle of the veggies, fat side up.
4. Cut cabbage into wedges and place on top.
