We are big fans of fried rice in our house. If we are at a restaurant and they have fried rice on the menu, we order it! Well it wasn't until a couple weeks ago that it dawned on me that maybe I could make fried rice at home in the crock pot. Sure enough, you can! I followed a great recipe that I found over at A Year of Slow Cooking. The only thing I left out was the chicken and it still turned out great!
Gather your ingredients. You can find a a list of all the ingredients and full directions HERE.
Mix everything together in your Crock Pot!
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 3-4. (I cooked ours on high).
Eat and enjoy!
