Friends, I have to tell you about another great Craftsy online class called Improve Your Crochet: Essential Techniques. This is the perfect follow-up class to the one I told you about last week Crochet: Basics and Beyond! If you want to improve the look of your crochet then this is the class for you. It goes over everything from preventing tight foundation chains, deciphering written patterns and charts, measuring gauge, creating even stitches, creating decorative borders and how to keep edges flat!
But in my opinion some of the best information comes towards the end of the class in a chapter title “Finishing.” I have found that this is where a lot of crocheters struggle. A step-by-step video tutorial shows you have to change colors, and WEAVE IN YOUR ENDS. Haven’t you wondered exactly the best way to weave in ends? Curious to know if you are doing it correctly? And how do you ensure that your project won’t unravel? This class takes the guess work out of it! Craftsy makes the learning process so simple by showing you exactly what to do. And like always, access to your class never expires! Plus you can rewind and review any part at any time. Something I find myself doing throughout each lesson.
Luckily the good people at Craftsy have offered to GIVE AWAY access to this fabulous class to one lucky Repeat Crafter Me reader! CLICK HERE to enter and read more about “Improve Your Crochet: Essential Techniques.”
The giveaway starts (12/1) and it will end on 12/7 at 11:59pm MST. Thank you to Craftsy for sponsoring this post and hosting the giveaway! As always, the opinions and thoughts about this class are my own.
