I’m thrilled with how this Crock Pot One Pot meal turned out! I got the idea from Damn Delicious blog but decided to use the sauce from my Weight Watchers friendly Honey Garlic Chicken. I loosely based my version off of hers using:
– 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
– 1/3 cup honey
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. I cooked mine about 7 hours. If you can, check on it once or twice to dunk the veggies, making sure the ones on top get a chance to soak in the sauce.
