Looking for a fun, harmless April Fools Prank with a crochet twist?! You may have seen the brownies (or should I say Brown-E’s) trick before but this time you can do it with crocheted letters! Fool your family with a pan of crochet brown-E’s instead of baked brownies. The key is to use a metal pan (not glass or see-through) and cover it with tin foil. Place the crocheted letters inside and watch for their reaction when they realize what’s inside!
It does help to have a fresh batch of baked brownies hiding so that not only will the house will smell like brownies but also so you don’t thoroughly disappoint 🙂
So how do you crochet the letter E you ask? Use the Moogly Alphabet! You can find the uppercase “E” HERE and the lowercase “e” HERE.
Just look at the face my boys made when they realized what was in the pan! LOL!
Don’t worry, I turned that frown upside down!
I guess I better watch out because I know they are plotting a prank to get me back!
