Crock Pot Brisket

January 9, 2012

I made Crock Pot Brisket for a family dinner we hosted at our house over the holidays. I originally was going to use my mother-in-law’s brisket recipe which is absolutely delicious, but at the last minute decided to do it in the crock pot in order to free up the oven for 2 casseroles, a soufflé and the artichoke dip.

I found this recipe on food.com and it had a 4.5 star rating so I figured it had to be pretty good. We had 9 adults over for dinner so I was looking to buy a 10lb brisket. But all I could find were 3 thin sliced briskets (each weighting approx. 3lbs). I stacked two on top of each other in the 6.5 quart slow cooker and placed the other one in the smaller crock pot. I tripled this recipe to make sure I had enough gravy to cover all 3 briskets. Here are the directions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 piece beef brisket , large enough to fit into your crock pot
  • 1/3 cup mustard (best is Dijon or Honey Mustard)  – I used Dijon
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 cups Coca-Cola
  • fresh ground pepper
  • paprika

Directions:

  1. 1
Mix all ingredients except for the brisket.
  2. 2
Place the brisket into the crock pot and pour the cola mixture over the meat.
  3. 3
Cook on high for 8 hours or overnight on low. (I cooked it overnight – approx 12 hours!)
  4. 4
    Slice and serve.

The brisket was very tender and falling apart when we took it out of the crock pot. We let it cool in the fridge before slicing it. One mistake I made was separating the gravy juice from the meat while letting it cool. We thought it would be easier to slice, but I didn’t have time to let the meat soak up the gravy before serving and I personally felt like the meat was a little dry. But I received lots of compliments on this dish so maybe it wasn’t such a big deal. We let the leftovers sit in the gravy overnight and had the most amazing brisket sandwiches the next day!

To be successful in the judiciary, knowing the differences between these two titles is very effective:
-Criminal litigation is related to an action for which the court determines punishment for the perpetrator, but the court does not consider punishment for legal litigation and only obliges the perpetrator to give the legal rights of others or fulfill his duties.
    – A criminal complaint can be written on any paper and taken to a judicial authority, but a legal complaint must be written on a special sheet called a petition, otherwise it will not be accepted (the petition is sold inside the courts).
    – The criminal complaint must first be taken to an authority called the prosecutor’s office for investigation, and after conducting investigations in the police station and prosecutor’s office, it is sent to the court for investigation. But the legal petition must be taken directly to the court.
    – Criminal complaints can be filed in court without the use of a lawyer. But most of the legal complaints must be filed by a lawyer (for example, complaints that are financial and more than one million tomans)
    – To file a criminal complaint (of any kind), only a stamp of 2000 Tomans is required, which is stamped on it in the court. But in order to file a legal complaint, one and a half thousand stamps should be canceled in proportion to حقوق دانان برتر the financial value of the lawsuit (for example, to get a claim of 10 million tomans, more than 150 thousand tomans stamps are required.)
    – The cases of many criminal complaints are not closed even with the withdrawal of the complaint from the plaintiff (such as complaints about bribery, murder, adultery, etc.), but legal complaints are terminated by the withdrawal of the complaint from the complainant.

While reading the braised brisket recipe in the post, I caught myself thinking that it’s like launching a long PPC campaign—it requires patience, the right ingredients, and precise timing. I once literally monitored conversion rates like I would a slow cooker, afraid of overcooking my budget. Then I decided to look up platforms and networks where I could fine-tune my campaign and found a detailed breakdown. I applied the recommendations, and just like with a successful brisket, the result was tender, juicy, and worth every penny.

This sounds amazing, and I love how you made it work with all the holiday cooking chaos! Brisket in the crock pot is such a smart move when you’re trying to free up oven space for everything else — and it looks like it turned out beautifully. I’ve been meaning to try a slow‑cooked brisket myself, so this recipe is going into my rotation.

Also had a funny moment last week trying to coordinate dinner during a busy night. I ended up needing to call the doordash phone number https://doordash.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to sort out a delivery mix‑up so my husband’s crew could eat while I was still prepping at home. Totally get the multitasking holiday kitchen hustle!
