Ingredients:
– 3 chicken breasts
– 1 1/2 15oz jars of Alfredo sauce (I used Bertolli)
– 1 13.25oz can of mushrooms
– 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
Directions:
1. Spray the bottom of your crock pot with Pam.
2. Cut your chicken breasts into strips. Place them on the bottom of crock pot.
3. Drain mushrooms and pour on top of chicken.
4. Cut broccoli florets into smaller pieces and place on top of mushrooms.
5. Pour 11/2 jars of sauce over the top.
6. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
When it’s done, mix it up. You can serve immediately over fettuccine noodles!
You can always add more or less of the ingredients you like to this recipe. If I were to make it again, I would add more broccoli. Let me know how you customize this recipe and how it turns out!
