I was talking with a friend the other day and we couldn’t help but gossip about a couple of our mutual friends who are driving us crazy on Facebook. Some of the offenses were over-sharing too much personal information and posting cryptic messages such as “OMG, I can’t believe that just happened!” I am sure we aren’t the only ones that see these annoying Facebook habits and many others pop up in our newsfeeds on a daily basis. But if you are anything like me, you don’t really want to cause a scene and confront the offenders. So I have made a list of the most common Facebook faux pas and made them into a “Timeline Ticket.” This is a fun, silly way to let a friend or family member know they are being slightly annoying on their social media page. Oh, and I should mention, I am sure I have violated a couple of these on occasion as well 🙂

I was thinking this same thing myself!!! My whole wall is blown up daily with game requests! 🙂
The simple solution to that problem is to go into your settings and block all requests from either the game or that person.

LOL. I can totally relate! I actually closed my FB account because of these annoyances. I always left the site feeling irritated or annoyed, so I decided it was probably better for me to just be friends in real life and skip the online aggravation!

Loved this! I don't have the problem of game requests, because I block them as they come up and then I'm not bothered by them anymore–problem solved. Because I know that the games send out requests on their own, so I don't get mad at friends for it. Not the cryptic posts–I HATE them!! More often than not the person won't elaborate when you ask them anyway. I blocked one friend who only posts those and "shares" pics, etc. on the same topic, dozens of times a day. This coupon/ticket might be just the thing, lol!!!

Yes, this can be a real problem on Face Book. Your Ticket is a good idea, and funny also. The game requests are super annoying, as are the Causes and Petitions. 'Really clutters up a wall quickly.
My friend and I like to complain about "bait posts." These may qualify as "cryptic" posts. They are the ones where someone posts just enough information to get someone to ask them what is going on. They are meant only to bait people into giving them attention. One day last year, we challenged each other to post one and see how many people we could get to respond. We were stunned by how many posts we got when we posted and exclamation and then did not provide more than just a tidbit of info.
So annoying!
Hmm, if I handed those out to everyone that needed them, I think I'd find myself friendless! And my wall would be empty! Great list.

How about people who are always posting about their various illnesses and seem to be constantly sick and looking for attention about it? Drives me absolutely crazy to hear about every sniffle, cough, sneeze, sore throat, or headache that comes along.
Great for family and friends who need to be reminded of social etiquette!…check spelling of unnecessary use of QUOTATION marks 🙂
Someone on my FB has a 4 yr old daughter undergoing chemo for leukemia. She had the nerve to post this whole long b**** session about how she "HATES" cleaning up her toys. GRRRRR think Im gonna hafta at least hide her posts. I responded that she should be thankful she feels well enough to make a mess! She didnt care for my response…nor did I care for hers!
Or just block or hide posts or people who annoy you everyone has there own interests.
