– 2-3 pounds lean ground beef

– 1 cup ketchup
– 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 3 tablespoons brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
1. Brown meat and onions together in skillet, making sure to drain off the excess fat.
2. Mix all other ingredients in bottom of crock pot. Add in meat/onion mixture and stir.
3. Cook on low for 5-7 hours. (I cooked mine for 5 1/2 hours and stirred it a couple times during the cooking process).
Serve on hamburger buns or on smaller slider buns!
Serves 6-8.
