Crock Pot Sesame Beef

Friends, this Crock Pot Sesame Beef is one of my new favorites! Low-cal but you would never know it because it is so tender and juicy and flavorful!

I used:
– 2.5 lb chuck roast
– 1/4 cup water
– 1/2 cup frozen diced onions
– 5 garlic cloves minced
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon ketchup
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons ginger paste
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– Sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Put meat at bottom of crock pot.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients and about 2-3 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
3. Pour mixture over meat.
4. Cook on low for 7 hours.
5. After 7 hours take out of crock pot and shred with fork, separating out the fat from the meat. Throw away fat and put shredded meat back in the crock pot for another 30-60 minutes.
6. Sprinkle more sesame seeds on top when ready to serve.

Serves about 8. Next time I will get a bigger roast because this went FAST!
