Sriracha sauce has become a staple in most homes, including ours! I swear my husband puts it on everything. Even if you don’t like a lot of spice in your food, don’t worry. The Sriracha sauce has such a great flavor that it really takes this chicken to the next level without overpowering it or burning your tongue. Plus if you really need to, you can easily dull the spice by adding mayo or greek yogurt before eating.
– 1/2 cup Sriracha Sauce
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1 lime
– 2lbs chicken breasts
1. Cut up chicken breasts into cubes and put in the bottom of the crock pot.
2. In separate bowl, mix together sriracha sauce, honey, and juice from 1 lime.
3. Pour over chicken in crock pot.
4. Cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2-3.
5 (optional): Put chicken in a bowl and pour remaining sauce into sauce pan. Boil on stove until the sauce thickens and begins to caramelize. Pour over chicken and serve!
