– One can Rotel or Diced Tomatoes (Rotel may be too spice for your younger kids)
– One onion, diced
– One can Cream of Chicken (or Mushroom) Soup
– 1 lb lean ground beaf
– Shredded Cheddar cheese (as much or little as you want to top it with)
Directions:
1. Brown beef, drain, and mix rotel (or diced tomatoes), and onions in with the meat.
2. Grease crock pot and pour meat mixture onto bottom.
3. Stir in can of soup.
4. Top with a thick layer of frozen tater tots. I used almost the whole bag.
5. Cook on low for 3 hours.
Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.
