Finished Size: 20 inches wide x 12 inches tall
Front Panel Pattern:
Starting with yellow
Chain 63, SC in second chain from hook and the rest of the way down chain, chain 1, turn (62 SC)
Row 2-34: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn (62 SC)
Row 35: join in green yarn, SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn
Row 36: loop stitch in each stitch across, chain 1, turn
Repeat rows 35 and 36 2 more times
Row 41: SC in each stitch across, fasten off and weave in ends
Back Panel Pattern:
with pink (or whatever color you want for the back of the pillow)
Chain 62, SC in second chain from hook and the rest of the way down chain, chain 1, turn (62 SC)
Row 2-41: SC in each stitch across, chain 1, turn
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Here’s a tutorial on how to crochet the loop stitch!
Stitch tulip Appliqués onto the front panel so they are “sticking out of the grass.” The loop stitch makes such a fun grass texture for the bottom of the pillow!
Place two pillow panel pieces on top of each other. Use yellow yarn to SC the panels together. You can stitch to green yarn to SC the sides where the “grass” is. Be sure to stuff with polyfil fiber stuffing before you completely close the panels!
