Use tapestry needle to stitch closed the opening on the top by working needle under the front loops and pulling tight.
Weave in ends.
To help the Kiss hold its shape and sit flat, I placed an 8-inch cardboard cake board at the bottom. This acts like a hidden foundation and gives the base structure so it won’t tip or wobble. The silver cake board I used matched the chocolate wrapper vibe perfectly and was easily secured inside with a bit of hot glue.
Place “KISSES” felt stickers on an 8 inch piece of wired ribbon.
Scrunch the end of wire ribbon up so its can slip through a space near the top between stitches. Use a dab or two of hot glue to secure.
One of the things I love most about this project is how beautifully the yarn’s texture shows off the shaping. The gentle spiral of the stitches creates that iconic Hershey Kiss look, and the plush thickness of Bernat Future Inspire gives it a soft, pillow-like feel — perfect for a décor piece that you’ll want to touch and squeeze.
