Welcome to my cozy crochet chair! In the corner of our living room I carved out a spot perfect for crocheting and with my recent addition of the OttLite 3-in-1 Craft Floor Lamp, my space is complete and functional! As many of you know, I am a busy mom of 3 so when the kids go to bed, my crochet hooks come out! The powerful illumination of the OttLite lamps is just what I need after the sun goes down.. actually it even helps when the sun is up! Being able to clearly see each stitch really helps me avoid any mistakes.
Let me tell you a little bit why I love this floor lamp so much! First of all, it’s not only a floor lamp, it converts into a sturdy table lamp either by using the clamp or the base! I love being able to easily move my OttLite upstairs and attach it to my bedside table. It comes with a flexible neck piece with a clip that is perfect for holding patterns, pictures, and charts. It’s like they designed it knowing I was going to be working on all these pixel graphs! There is a second flexible neck with a 5x optical grad magnifying glass. I’ve used it numerous time for threading needles. The neck of the lamp shade is also adjustable. The OttLite company made this lamp specifically for crafters so it really caters to all our needs.. especially those of us who love needle crafts!

I have many things that would find their way under MY Ott Light! Everything from beadwork, to embroidery, crochet & knitting, to painting and zentangle. I would LOVE an Ott Light, and have been wanting one, for ages!
I love my Ott Lite. I have one similar to yours and I love the natural light. My sister purchased another brand for me that was a large magnifier with natural light that clipped to the side of a table. While that was great, the glass magnifier was scratched. I only use that magnifier, but with the Ott Light…Good luck to the winner. These are great lights, especially for dark yarns.

Your crafting corner is beautiful. I have a comfy chair in my living room in the corner with a small window behind me, much like you have. The table lamp I have there drives me nuts for lighting my beading and crochet projects. I use this chair almost every evening and watch TV with my husband while I create. Love the idea of the 3 in one Ott Lite. I entered the giveaway. I already use an Ott Lite in my studio at my desk, but think this one would work great in my living room.

I have wanted one of these lights for as long as I can remember. I just haven’t jumped in & done it though. I would love nothing more than to win a light, the room I craft in the most has an over head ceiling light, & a lamp. I truly have very poor lighting. I even have a hard time telling black from navy blue. It would truly be helpful, & something used all the time. I just haven’t been able to afford one, Thank you for this opportunity. Oh. My. Gosh. This would be so great to have. I’m constantly having to adjust my lamp, which doesn’t seem to help, trying to get better lighting. This light would definitely take the strain from my eyes.

First I would use it for crocheting and knitting. Next would be other needle crafts as well as regular crafts. I would also use it for personal grooming, mani’s, pedi’s and all those jobs that require good lighting. The rest of the family would enjoy using it for everyday tasks. And I bet it would be great for removing slivers. I know that it would be put to good use on a daily basis.
P.S. It would be a great start to MY craft corner that I would love to design after yours.

the all in one floor lamp is just what I need
as normal when I get going with my crochet I end up having to juggle graph, design or pattern, cat and work on my lap then I find I need the spy glass.
each time I need something else I have to get up I always leave things on my small table but there is always the need for 3 or 4 hands
