Having not for 6 months not settle my dispute with the company Furls who does not answer me that by his silence I have little solution except to share my wound with all until Furls Crochet refunds me … it’s not won but I’ll give them bad publicity whenever I can
this little word to say that although I am an inveterate hooker, I will never use FURLS HOOK hooks. I bought a very expensive box (the price of a dresser in France) thinking of receiving hooks + the box and I received an empty box. The buying site has since (around 16/06/18) put mentions avoiding this error by clearly indicating that the box was delivered empty. I returned the box received by Furls in the United States in June 2018, according to the possibilities offered by the site but until today (13/11/18) I have not been reimbursed 181 euros (fresh empty box) + 37.70 euros shipping costs. And this, not counting the 43 euros of customs fees … The return was made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt signed on 26/06/18 by the company Furls.
FURLSCROCHET does not answer my requests so I urge you to support me by not buying these extremely expensive and fragile hooks and by expressing you on my difficulties and this injustice. Thank you for your help

My purchase was refunded and a nice hook is offered to me. I will be able to test it with pleasure now.
I was very angry with Furls but now that I got some of my money back in cash and the other one in the form of a hook it goes
