Welcome to week 2 of our O’Go Owl Crochet-Along! I’ve seen so many of you start this fun project and I am excited that a lot of you are diving right in and making more than one owl!

This week we’ll be creating two eyes, two wings and two feet using a combination of magic rings and single crochets. Use whichever colors you like, but we recommend dipping into your third color for the beak and feet to make them pop.
I’ve had several questions about the safety eyes. We will address that in the finishing portion of the CAL (week 3) but I will say that an 18mm black safety eye seems to work well. Or any size close to that. I purchased THIS pack of safety eyes from Amazon.
You can also use buttons or crochet a small black circle with worsted weight yarn! Lots of options!

I was able to watch the video tutorials last night. However, when I went to begin my owl this AM, the videos were gone? I can’t find them anywhere now. Is there somewhere on YouTube where I can find them? I looked but no luck.
