We’ve had so many celebrations lately with the school year ending and lots of recitals, birthdays, graduations, baby showers, and more! If you haven’t heard of “Maycember” it’s definitely a thing. Basically it’s the month of May being as busy as December but without the holiday lights LOL! If you are in the thick of it too and need teacher, coach, graduate, birthday, or a baby gift idea, I thought this adorable Bear Crochet Cup would be the perfect place to package up some gift cards and goodies! It’s a new version of my popular Bunny Cup but instead of Easter treats, you can use the Bear for lots of occasions! I wanted to get the pattern posted as quickly as possible for you, but over the next few days I will be sure to show you all the cute ways to stuff this Bear Cup with treats, gift cards, candy, and themed toys and trinkets. It’s a simple pattern so you can easily make dozens for all those awesome teachers and important people in your life!
I am using Bernat Super Value yarn in colors Topaz for the main cup and Oatmeal for the snout and ears. You will need to use a double strand of yarn while crocheting so it might help to buy two skeins of each color or separate one skein into two balls before you begin crocheting.
