How is it already November and how is it possible that this Penguin is the second to last square in our Animal Square CAL?! This year sure flew by! Stitch up this precious penguin and get ready for lots of tutorials at the beginning of December that show the final square and how to piece together the blanket!
If you aren’t familiar with my Animal Square CAL you can read all about it HERE.
Each month (January through December of 2023) I will post a new Crochet Animal Square. These are simple crochet squares that are embellished with adorable animal faces! These squares work up quickly and won’t take you more than an hour or two. This project is extremely beginner friendly and you can add more or less embellishments. Customize to your liking!
At the end of the year, I will be stitching these all together to make a blanket! But they could also be turned into a pillow(s), a scarf, or any other creative way you’d like to use them.
Keep in mind that I am making 2 of each square so I can place them back-to-back to make our finished blanket reversible.

A crochet penguin square is a fun and easy way to add a touch of whimsy to your home décor. It can be used as a blanket square, a pillowcase, or even a framed piece of art.
Here are some additional tips for making your penguin square:
Use a variety of black yarn shades to add depth and dimension to your penguin.
Embroider a smile onto your penguin’s face.
Add a pom-pom to the top of your penguin’s head for a touch of fun.
Besides crochet, I love to play Duck Life game series with my son.

I enjoy playing video games as a typical individual. And having played a variety of games, I can say that the ones I’ve purchased are worth the cost. Because the developers put in a great deal of time and effort to create the perfect game and render the most detailed graphics. Try cookie clicker to understand what I mean.
