Gingerbread House Ornament Pattern:
with brown yarn
Magic Ring, chain 2 and make 8 DC in ring, join, chain 2
Round 2: 3 DC +chain 2 + DC in first stitch, 2 DC in next, 3 DC + chain 2 + DC in next, 2 DC in next 4 stitches, 4 DC in last, join to first DC, chain 1
Round 3: SC in first 3, 3 SC in chain 2 space, SC in next 6 stitches, 3 SC in chain 2 space, SC in next 3 stitches, chain 2, TC + DC in next stitch, 2 HDC in next 3 stitches, 2 DC in next, chain 2, 2 DC in the next stitch, 2 HDC in next 3 stitches, DC + TC in last, chain 2 and join to first SC. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Icing Roof:
join in white yarn on the right bottom edge of roof.
3 SC in first stitch, SC along right edge of roof, when you get to the chain space at the top, make 3 SC, SC down the left side of the room and make 3 SC in the last stitch.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Ornament Loop:
join in brown yarn (this could also be done in white yarn) at top middle SC of house roof. Chain 12, join back down to the same stitch and fasten off, weave in ends. This becomes the loop to use it as a hanging ornament.
Decorate!
