I’ve had so many requests for more “in a row” hats and the next on my list was one for Easter and the Spring Season. So let me introduce to you the Bunnies in a Row Crochet Hat! This design hopped into my head this weekend and I love how these bunny silhouettes look similar to peep marshmallows.

Made with Bernat Super Value Yarn, you can create an array of different color combos. I am using Mint green, Yellow, and Peony Pink for the bunnies. The pattern bellow is written in these specific colors so feel free to adjust if you don’t want pink bunny rabbits.

Special Stitch = Cluster Stitch for the Bunny Body
Yarn over pull through first stitch, pull through 2 loops (making the first half of your DC), yarn over and pull up through same stitch, pull through 2 loops, you should now have 3 loops on your hook, repeat two more times in the same stitch so you have 5 loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through all 5 stitches.

RIBBED BORDER:
Please be sure and watch THIS TUTORIAL from my friend Daisy Farm Crafts on how to make a single crochet ribbed border. I love this technique because you don’t need to sew the ribbing on separately, it is crochet right onto the edge of the hat! It’s basically a chain 7 (or however long/short your want your ribbed border), SC in each chain until you get back to the hat edge, slip stitch in two stitches along the hat edge and then SC in the back loops of the ribbing and repeat. She has a VERY easy tutorial to follow and you can use this border on many different projects.
When you’ve finished the ribbed border along the edge of the hat you can slip stitch the seam together.

Hop back over later in the week for more sizes and video instructions!

Cute hat! The row of bunnies is adorable. I’m tempted to try this pattern myself. Maybe I’ll even add little wings to them, kinda like…Flappy Bird bunnies! Just kidding (mostly!). Seriously though, lovely design, inspires creativity!
Such a beautiful way to describe two different things at a time. I never considered that this topic could be so deep until reading yours! I want to draw attention that we are also seeking your guidance on Black Tourmaline Ring as we work on it. If you have any information or suggestions about the topic, please send us your feedback. We are eagerly waiting for your further blog.
This bunny crochet hat is adorable! The pastel colors really scream spring. I love the peep marshmallow comparison, it’s spot on. Making it with different color combinations sounds fun, kind of like choosing different blocks in Block Blast to get the highest score. I might try a blue bunny version! Thanks for sharing this pattern.

I can’t get over how adorable these bunny silhouettes look—like little marshmallow peeps on a hat! Perfect for spring gifting. I love making these kinds of seasonal projects while watching cozy movies in the background. If you’re the same, I highly recommend checking out the YouCine—so many great choices to stream while you stitch. Can’t wait to try the cluster stitches next!
love the bunny cluster stitches and color combos. video tutorial clear and patterns well organized. tried the newborn size and it worked perfectly. easy to follow for a beginner. thanks for sharing great patterns!
The pattern’s detailed steps and video tutorial made it easy to follow. Love the color combinations suggested. Using Bernat yarn worked well for texture. Any tips for perfecting the bunny ears without splitting stitches?
To make cluster stitch over the back loop and the chain 2 (this creates the bunny body), chain 2, reach over to the next back loop between bunny ears + the chain 2 and make a cluster stitch, chain 2 and repeat around.
