The kids had a 4-day weekend off school and Zoe and I had a lot of fun playing around with the new Bernat Alize Blanekt-EZ Yarn from Yarnspirations! I figured once Zoe had made her cute little scarf, we were done, but then something fun happened.,. I started to make my own creation and realized it was color pooling! Not in the same way the Caron Simply Soft makes a plaid/argyle pattern, but it definitely was creating some kind of consistent pattern!
Both Zoe and I made a short video on each of our scarfs. You can make at least 2 child size scarves from one skein and my larger “color-pooling” scarf takes 2 skeins.

NO HOOK OR NEEDLES NEEDED!
Zoe’s Child Size Scarf:
Count 18 loops (in my case loops started on purple and ended with purple), pull the 19th loop (from ‘working yarn’) up through 18th loop (last loop of foundation row) from behind to create a knit stitch. Pull next loop from working yarn up through next loop of foundation. Continue in this manner to end of row. Do not turn work. 18 stitches in row. Continue working back and forth until you have finished most of the skein. You will need leave a long tail (cut loops to create long tail) for stitching the pieces together.
See video below for pattern tutorial and finishing directions!
