I am using Bernat Blanket Yarn in color deep sea with a bit of vintage white and sunsoaked yellow for the embellishments. Along with 30mm safety eyes and a 16×16 pillow insert instead of polyfil fiber stuffing. I also opted for a size I (5.5mm) crochet hook which makes the stitches a bit tighter.
This pattern is completely free on Yarnspirations.com. It’s called the BERNAT FIONA THE FROG CROCHET PILLOW PATTERN. Download the PDF and start on it at any time. It’s so cute and cuddly and works up quickly! The perfect weekend project.
NOTE: for the eyes I made a magic ring and made 4 SC + 4 DC + 4 HDCs in ring, joined and added the large black safety eyes to the middle. I also stitched on a smile and didn’t make enough

This Fiona the Frog crochet pillow looks absolutely adorable! The choice of Bernat Blanket Yarn in deep sea, vintage white, and Sunsoaked yellow is a fantastic combination, giving it such a vibrant and playful look. The use of 30mm safety eyes is a great touch for that lifelike feel.
I appreciate the details you’ve shared about customizing the pattern and opting for a 16×16 pillow insert instead of polyfil fiber stuffing – it’s always helpful to hear about alternative approaches. The size I (5.5mm) crochet hook for tighter stitches is a clever tip too!
Leap Day just got a whole lot more exciting with this delightful project. Can’t wait to try it out and add a touch of whimsy to my space. Thanks for sharing your creativity and inspiration! https://realleathergarments.co.uk/gilets-waistcoats-for-women/

Oh my god, that frog is really cool looking. By the way, I saw similar toys in the Marshall Islands when I was on holiday there. Maybe they were made by you? Such a cool place to relax and unwind mind and body from the hustle and bustle of the Kammen jungle. There I learnt that it is possible to run your own business in this region. There are all conditions for this. And I decided to open my first company during my holiday. Marshall islands company registration passed without any problems and special efforts. But still it was an unforgettable holiday.

I adore the leap frog cushion concept for Leap Day! Fiona the Frog is adorable, and your colors—deep sea, classic white, and sunsoaked yellow—sound great. Bernat Blanket Yarn is warm and cozy, excellent for lazy weekends. Safety eyes and a 16×16 cushion insert give Fiona a lifelike appeal that will make anyone grin. Thanks for this adorable crochet pattern—it’ll be a hit!
