A few simple folds and your square turns into a triangle!
Stitch up the back using a coordinating strand of yarn. Be sure to make a little loop at the top so you can hang your tree.
Red Heart Super Saver Yarn compliments the granny square yarn so feel free to pair any of the solid shades from the super saver line with the granny square colors.
I used Cafe Latte Brown to add a trunk to the bottom of the tree.
Insert hook at bottom space, chain 3 + 4 DC + chain 3 and join to same space. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Add a star button! You can glue it on or stitch it on.
