Pumpkin Topiaries

I have to start out by saying that this was seriously one of the easiest craft projects I have ever done! And don't they look so nice and festive!? As long as you are able to find the right materials, these pumpkin topiaries are a cinch to put together.

Here are the materials:
- 6 craft pumpkins (2 small, 2 medium, and 2 large). I bought mine at Michaels but later noticed they are slightly cheaper at Target. If you are a thrifty shopper, I am sure you could find them even cheaper!
- 1 package of moss (found at craft stores)
- Berry garland (found at Michaels)
- 2 pots/planters/urns. I found mine at Tuesday Morning for $14.99 and they weren't one-of-a-kind! They have a huge inventory of these planters for the season!

With a box cutter or knife, cut a hole in the bottom of the medium and small pumpkins. This hole should be just large enough so the stem of the pumpkin it sits on fits inside. Use a thick ring of hot glue to help hold the stem inside the hole.

Now set your 3-tiered pumpkins in your planters and stuff the moss around the base so it everything is nice and snug.

Lastly, wrap the berry garland around the two sections of the pumpkins. My berry garland had wire going through it so I was able to cut it the right length and then just twist the ends together.

Literally this project took me about 15 minutes! And they have been on my porch for over a week an haven't fallen over or fallen apart (not that I'm expecting them to!) :)

I'm loving this time of year!
