Crochet Black Cat Hat

Here is the purrrfect cat hat for Halloween! Or if you just happen to like black cats…. or any cats for that matter since this hat could be made in any color! I used to have a black cat named Romeo. He was my baby before I had my babies.

Taking over the computer.
Not so amused with his Halloween costume that year.

Little Miss is so squirmy and on the move these days that it’s hard to get a picture of her modeling my crochet hats! The picture is a little fuzzy but still cute :)

Hi Sara, I found that the hat was little short! I added 3 more rows off DC . I used worsted weight yarn n 5.5 hook. Not a really tight crocheted! Love your patterns. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

I am a new crochet-er and I recently made your minion hat. It was so easy to follow your pattern, and the hat turned out really great! Thank you so much for sharing your patterns with all of us.

I want to make this hat for my daughter (she loved the minion hat, but it was for my aunt). I noticed the pattern is a little different – I loved the shape of the minion hat so can you tell me what the difference is? The last one worked so well, I want to just trust the pattern, but I thought I would at least ask. My daughter is super picky about how hats fit and she did love the feel of the minion one. Thanks so much!
